4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must submit a written response of no more than 200 words in response to the entry prompt: "Why should we pick you to win 6 months of CFO+ financial advisory?" Limit of one (1) entry per person and per business entity. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
5. The Prize
One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of six (6) months of CMPartners' CFO+ Advisory Service, plus a bonus financial clean-up comprising two (2) months of bookkeeping, the scope and structure of which will be agreed in writing between CMPartners and the winner prior to commencement ("the Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service or product. The prize is valued at $10,000 and must be activated within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified. CMPartners reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a judging panel comprising no fewer than two (2) representatives of CMPartners, based on the quality, clarity, and commercial merit of the written entry. The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. CMPartners reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award no prize if no entries of sufficient standard are received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone by 31 August 2026. If CMPartners is unable to contact the winner within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, CMPartners reserves the right to select an alternate winner or to withdraw the Prize entirely.

In the event of cancellation, no compensation or prize will be awarded.
8B. Right to Cancel or Modify the Prize
Without limiting clause 8 above, CMPartners expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, withdraw, reduce, modify, or substitute the Prize at any time — including after a winner has been selected and notified — without notice, without reason, and without any liability to the winner or any other entrant. The winner acknowledges that no binding obligation to deliver the Prize arises until a formal written agreement has been executed between CMPartners and the winner.
